Jose Osuna, VP Operations
MOGAS Industries, Inc. (MOGAS) announced today the appointment of Jose Osuna as vice president of operations, who will assume duties and responsibilities previously performed by the vice president of manufacturing, Sam Furman, who will retire after an advisory transition period.
In this senior leadership position, Mr. Osuna will oversee the company’s manufacturing processes and costs to ensure that MOGAS’ best-in-class work flow optimization delivers to MOGAS customers the value they expect.
Mr. Osuna comes to MOGAS from TechnipFMC, where he was the vice president of well completion systems. His success in operations excellence twice earned him the Chairman’s Award—the highest award given by the corporation globally.
“I bring to MOGAS high energy and a passion for excellence,” says Mr. Osuna. “This passion drives me to strive for positive change and continuous improvement, and to develop talent in the organization.”
MOGAS CEO and President, Matt Mogas commented: “Jose has more than 20 years of knowledge and experience in areas of operations, manufacturing, lean processes, and project and product management. I feel confident that he will be able to take the foundation that Sam has created and expand upon it to help us reach our organizational goals.”
